Convenient Stay with Mixed Comfort

A decent base for exploring London. The staff provided quick assistance, moving us to a larger room when we had issues. Relaxed in the cozy onsite café with surprisingly good coffee. A tip , check your room carefully upon check-in for any issues!

The beds in our suite were exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to rest well. The availability of tea and coffee facilities in the room added a nice personal touch to our stay.

The family suite felt slightly cramped for our group size.

This was a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in London with a great value-to-price ratio. The friendly staff quickly moved me to another room when I reported noise issues from the first room. Just be ready for some noise if you’re near the reception.

We had a fantastic stay at Stratford Hotel! The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely tea and coffee corner that our kids loved. The staff were incredibly friendly, always happy to help. The location was perfect, close to transport links, making it easy for us to explore London.

Stayed in a Standard Triple Room. The decor was a bit dated, but it was clean enough. The bed was decent, but I was a bit cold at night. The windows had some mold, which wasn't great. it worked for a night, but definitely not luxury. Staff were friendly though.

I had a wonderful stay with exceptionally polite staff and a beautiful room that felt clean and new, making it easy to stroll to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, just under 3 km away, and enjoy the nearby Stratford Park, which is only a short walk at about 500 meters.

The cozy reading area was my favorite spot. I could curl up with a book and just relax! The staff made my visit extra special, especially Babar, who was so patient and helpful throughout my stay. Plus, the room had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home!
